1. Cancellation of a lesson must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time in order to receive a make-up lesson.
2. No shows or failure to notify the coach/academy within 24 hours is considered as forfeited lesson unless it is an emergency medical situation or accident (proof of medical cert is needed). If you cancel the class on the same day according to your schedule due to being medically ill and inform prior last minute, please provide a medical certificate as proof to avoid your class being forfeited.
3. Make-up lessons take place at an alternate time/day within the week based on the academy schedule. Make-up lessons not used after 2 weeks will be considered forfeited.
4. The student must complete the private/semiprivate within 45 days for each renewal. The full lesson package will be burnt/forfeited if the student did not attend the class for more than 45 days and exceeded the time period given unless medical illness only (proof of medical cert is needed) or a prior arrangement.
5. Academy holds the right to terminate the students from attending the class without notice. The balance of payment will be refunded to the students. If a student wants to stop in the middle of the package, there will be no refund hence, the balance of the fee is forfeited.
6. Academy holds the right to change the policy at any time with notification to all members of NSTE.
7. Students with fixed schedule training are not allowed to make changes until after the package is completed.
8. Alteration of the scheduled training day/time is allowed after completion of the package.
9. Substitution of class training to another day/Time is not allowed in the fixed schedule training package. However, add-on classes are allowed in the existing scheduled training package. This will depend on the availability of the coaches/time and day..

Group Classes

• All payments are non-refundable
• Make-up sessions are only available in case of rain.
• Unattended sessions cannot be carried forward to the following month.
• Each student is entitled to a maximum of four sessions per month.
• In case of rain, replacement sessions will be scheduled based on the academy’s available time slots.
