FAQ
Questions care homes ask
Does MyDay need Internet?
Only once, to download the real photos, and for the Music corner (YouTube). Games and stories work fully offline.
Can we use our own tablets?
Yes — choose the App Only package. MyDay runs on Android tablets; Android 11 or newer and a 10–11 inch screen are recommended. iPad is not supported.
Which languages are included?
English, Bahasa Melayu, Tamil and Chinese, switched with one tap. Stories can be read aloud in all four.
What happens after the first year?
MyDay keeps working. Updates — adding or removing games or stories, or app updates — are SGD 25 / RM 80 per tablet each.
Do you collect resident information?
No. There are no accounts, no names and no tracking. Settings stay on the tablet.
Can you add our own content?
Yes. Custom games, stories or brand-new features are quoted separately.
