Delete your account and data

You can delete your Bizzy account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Bizzy and log in.
  2. Go to More, then tap your name at the top (My account).
  3. Tap Delete my account and enter your password to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email bbsolutions.official@gmail.com from the address you registered with, or message us on WhatsApp at +60 11-2136 1025. Please include your username. We will verify it is you and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

  • Your name, username, email, phone number and password.
  • Your cloud backup: businesses, customers, staff, products, quotations, invoices, payslips and expenses.
  • Your login sessions on every phone.
  • Any unused add-on AI credits and unclaimed referral rewards.

What we may keep

  • Purchase and payment records (amount, date, order number). Tax and accounting law requires us to keep these, typically up to seven years. They are no longer linked to your name.
  • Reports about AI results, for up to 12 months.

Important

  • Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play app: Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Bizzy.
  • Data kept only on your phone stays there until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
  • Deleting cannot be undone. Share any PDFs you need before you delete.
