Is Bizzy really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card. It includes 2 AI writes and 2 documents a month. Plus and Pro unlock more.
Which languages does it support?
The app and the AI writing work in English, Bahasa Melayu, Tamil and Chinese. Your quotations, invoices and WhatsApp messages follow the language you choose.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can start without one and your data stays on your phone. Create a free account to back up automatically and use Bizzy on more than one phone.
Is Bizzy available on iPhone?
Not yet. Bizzy is an Android app today.
Are Bizzy invoices valid as LHDN e-Invoices?
Bizzy makes PDF invoices and quotations. They are not e-Invoices submitted through MyInvois. Under the rules reported in 2026, businesses with yearly turnover under RM1 million are exempt from mandatory e-Invoice, but rules change - please check LHDN's official page or ask your accountant.
Does the AI make mistakes?
Sometimes. Always read what Bizzy writes before you post or send it, especially prices, promotions and health or halal claims. Bizzy only uses the details you give it.
How does backup work?
With an account, Bizzy uploads your customers, products, documents and expenses automatically. Log in with the same username on a new phone and they come back. Without an account, data stays on that phone only.
Is my data safe? Do you sell it?
We never sell your data and we show no ads. Your connection is encrypted and passwords are stored in scrambled form. Text you type into the AI tools goes to our AI provider to create your answer, and we do not keep a copy. Read the privacy policy for details.
How do I cancel Plus or Pro?
Open the Google Play app, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Bizzy and tap Cancel. You keep the plan until the period you paid for ends.
Can I use Bizzy for more than one business?
Free and Plus include one business. Pro includes up to five, each with its own customers, products and documents.
How do I contact support?
Message us on WhatsApp or email. We reply on working days.
How does the referral program work?
When it is switched on, open More, then Refer & earn and share your code. If a friend signs up with it and buys their first paid plan, you earn the amount shown in the app. After a short waiting time you can claim it and we pay it to your own bank account. Rewards are for real new paying customers; fake or duplicate accounts are cancelled.
What if I use all my AI writes?
You can buy an AI credit pack inside the app (through Google Play), upgrade your plan, or wait for next month. Add-on credits are used after your monthly credits and never reset.
Is the Payroll feature legal payroll software?
No. It helps you prepare salary records and payslips and saves paid salaries to Expenses. The EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB figures are values you enter or starting values you can change. Please confirm the correct amounts with KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN or your accountant.
Can I choose my own invoice numbers?
Yes. In Business profile, open Document numbers and set the prefix and the starting number for invoices and quotations, for example INV- starting at 263.
How do I report a wrong or unsafe AI answer?
Tap Report this result under the answer. You do not need to leave the app, and the report reaches our team.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app go to More, your name at the top (My account), Delete my account. You can also email us. See the Delete account page for the full steps and what we keep.
Which devices does Bizzy work on?
Android phones and tablets (Android 8.0 or newer), in portrait or landscape. On a tablet Bizzy shows a side menu and keeps the content easy to read. There is no iPhone or iPad version yet.
